These Terms of Service ("Terms of Use," "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and botmockups ("botmockups," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the http://botmockups.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The botmockups platform is intended solely for demo and mockup purposes. It is designed to help users visualize chatbot interactions and does not represent, emulate, or replicate the official user experience of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Apple iOS, or any affiliated brand or service.
3. No Resale or White label Rights
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, or whitelabeling any part of the botmockups platform. This includes:
Selling or sharing niche or generic demos created using botmockups
Bundling demos or mockups into HighLevel snapshots
Offering our mockups as part of a coaching program or digital product, free or paid, without prior written consent
If you are interested in offering botmockups to your coaching clients or becoming an affiliate, you may apply at https://botmockups.firstpromoter.com.
Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by botmockups, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
This Terms of Use permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

7. Submissions
You are prohibited from submitting any material that
Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Contains unauthorized advertising or spam.
Impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation.
Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm botmockups or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
